Adv. Lital Cohen is an associate at ZOH and handles civil-commercial litigation.
Lital accompanies clients in commercial disputes, shareholder disputes and derivative suits, represents corporations in class actions in both the capital and securities markets and in the consumer field and advises the firm's clients on intellectual property matters.
During her studies, Lital served as a research assistant in the field of property law (with a strong focus on the field of intellectual property and moral rights), as well as research assistant in the field of comparative law, legal research and the history of law.
Lital completed her legal internship at Berkman, Wexler Bloom & Co., where she continued her professional career as a lawyer in the litigation department. She later joined Shenhav, Konforti, Rotem & Co. Law Offices, where she specialized in litigation and commercial transactions. As of 2018, she is part of the firm's team.
